This role plays a crucial part in delivering revenue objectives and strengthening our position in preparation for future launches in the region.

As a field-based sales professional, you will be responsible for working closely with customers and commercial teams to maximize opportunities and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to meet agreed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to propose challenging and achievable yearly targets and forecasts.
  • Deliver winning offers as a response to tender requests.
  • Utilize initiative to address internal and external issues effectively.

Required Skills

  • Possess a degree-standard education in a scientific or business discipline.
  • Demonstrate a strong commercial background within a marketing company environment at a Sales Representative level.
  • Hold experience (clinically or commercially) within cardiology.
  • Speak English fluently with good knowledge of Swedish.
  • Demonstrate influential skills - gaining commitment through effective influencing and stakeholder management.
  • Exhibit strong selling skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Showcase strong teamwork and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead and contribute to teams.
  • Listens actively and responds constructively to needs and views of others.
  • Demonstrate delivery focus - meeting or exceeding expectations and exhibiting a sense of urgency on critical time-dependent issues.
  • Persist despite obstacles and opposition.
  • Demonstrate prioritization skills.
  • Display self-drive to identify, initiate, and implement projects independently of line manager.
  • Be flexible to travel 3-4 days per week to customers.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
