SOTI Inc is a leading provider of mobile and IoT management solutions, and we are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and sending quotes to customers via Salesforce, processing orders and invoices accurately and timely, and supporting the Account Manager and other sales staff with their daily tasks and responsibilities. You will also assist with support ticket escalations and follow up with customers until resolution, act as an out-of-office backup for the Senior Account Manager and other sales staff, and coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer service departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth. You will also contribute to the development of business plans and proposals, and participate in sales meetings and discussions.
