Sales Strategy Lead for the Iberian Peninsula

We are Firefly, a company at the forefront of innovation in fire prevention solutions. As a Sales Strategy Lead for the Iberian Peninsula, you will be responsible for managing sales of tailored fire prevention systems to customers in the Spanish and Portuguese markets, developing new business opportunities within these markets, and building strong partnerships with our distributors.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales engineering, a deep technical interest, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with Portuguese and Swedish being a plus. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or other relevant academic education is also preferred.

Main tasks:

  • Develop new business opportunities in our existing key customers
  • Actively work with marketing activities in your markets, such as trade shows, seminars etc.
