Inside Sales Account Manager

Dell Technologies' vision is to transform how individuals and organizations work, live, and play through its diverse portfolio of emerging technologies. As an Inside Sales Account Manager on our Private Enterprise Team in Sweden, you will be the driving force behind high-level customer interaction.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with customers and partners, utilizing the telephone and email as key communication methods. You will be responsible for selling groundbreaking products that align with business opportunities and ensure every customer interaction is exceptional and tailored to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

  1. Sell Dell's products and services while developing new accounts and expanding existing ones.
  2. Support the field sales leader and work effectively in a team environment towards goals.
  3. Identify alternative business solutions to customers and partners, utilizing in-depth knowledge of company technology, products, and services.

Requirements

  1. Hold an intermediate understanding of the full range of products and services offered by Dell Technologies.
  2. Prioritize excellent communication skills, possessing the ability to identify how Dell's products and services align to customer needs.
  3. Demonstrate ability to provide coaching to peers to improve performance and possess fluency in Swedish.
