Inside Sales Account Manager

Dell Technologies offers a diverse range of innovative technologies that cater to the evolving needs of customers. Our Inside Sales Account Manager team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every interaction is tailored to meet the unique requirements of each business.

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven individual to join our Private Enterprise Team in Sweden as an Inside Sales Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Dell's products and services while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities with customers and partners.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and preferences.
  3. Utilize in-depth knowledge of company technology, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Intermediate understanding of the full range of Dell's products and services.
  2. Proven experience in relationship selling, with a track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  4. Fluency in Swedish language.
