Enterprise Inside Sales Specialist

Dell Technologies is committed to helping individuals and organizations achieve their goals through the power of technology. As an Enterprise Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships. You will work closely with our field sales teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and identify new opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer business requirements and identify opportunities for Dell's products and services.
  2. Develop and deliver customized solutions to meet customer needs, leveraging in-depth knowledge of company technology, products, and services.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of sales plans and identify new business opportunities.
  4. Provide coaching and support to peers to enhance sales performance and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  1. Advanced knowledge of Dell's products and services, with a focus on enterprise solutions.
  2. Proven experience in inside sales, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  4. Fluency in Swedish language.
