B2B Sales Strategist

Astrea Recruitment is looking for a highly experienced B2B Sales Coach to lead our sales performance initiatives. As a B2B Sales Coach, you will design and deliver training programs that equip sales managers with the skills and knowledge needed to achieve business objectives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps, develop targeted coaching strategies, and implement training programs. Your goal will be to drive business growth through improved sales performance and enhanced customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include analyzing key performance metrics, adapting sales playbooks to global best practices, and supporting managers in integrating new tools and processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need 10+ years of sales experience, strong leadership and mentoring skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and sales teams.
