Sales Performance Coach Role

Astrea Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced B2B Sales Coach to join our team. In this role, you will empower sales managers by developing and implementing training programs that enhance their coaching and development skills.

You will work closely with senior leaders to analyze business objectives, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted coaching strategies. Your goal will be to drive business growth through improved sales performance and enhanced customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include creating structured coaching tools, collaborating with managers to set goals and track progress, and adapting sales playbooks to global best practices.

To succeed in this role, you will need 10+ years of sales experience, strong leadership and mentoring skills, and the ability to travel up to 30% per year.
