B2B Sales Coach Role Overview

Astrea Recruitment is seeking a B2B Sales Coach to join our team. This role involves mentoring sales teams and driving performance to new heights.

As a B2B Sales Coach, you will be responsible for empowering sales managers by designing and delivering high-impact training to enhance their ability to coach and develop their teams. You will also analyze and optimize key performance metrics to measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

You will work closely with managers to identify skill gaps, set goals, and track progress. Additionally, you will adapt regional sales playbooks to align with international best practices and support managers in integrating new tools, systems, and processes for a seamless workflow.

To be successful in this role, you should have 10+ years of successful B2B sales experience across various industries, strong background in sales leadership, mentoring, and coaching high-performance teams, and industry experience in tech, e-commerce, digital marketing, telecom, utilities, or public sector.
