This role requires both strategic vision and operational expertise, ensuring the successful design of service fulfilment processes, development of lead generation strategies, and continuous optimisation of revenue-driving initiatives.

">Responsibilities:
  • Growth Strategy Development: Develop and refine scalable growth strategies leveraging data insights while collaborating across all levels of the organization.
  • Service Delivery Process Improvement: Support cross-functional teams in improving service delivery processes, identifying bottlenecks and enhancing efficiency, quality, and profitability.
  • Sales Enablement & Lead Generation: Drive multi-channel lead generation strategies, optimize inbound and outbound sales efforts, and implement automation for better conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to execute and refine growth initiatives, balancing strategic planning with hands-on contribution to projects and process improvements.

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you'll work closely with leadership to define the growth strategy while collaborating with teams on the ground to execute and refine processes effectively. If you're passionate about crafting data-driven experiments and finding innovative ways to drive growth and intake of quality customers, we want you on our team.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, revenue operations, sales enablement, or service fulfillment roles
  • Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels, from high-level planning to hands-on execution
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM tools and lead generation platforms
  • Proven track record of developing, implementing, and optimizing scalable growth initiatives
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
