We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career and contribute to the success of our company.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals and clinics.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory goals and objectives.

  2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals and clinics.

  3. Provide product training and clinical support to medical professionals.

  4. Promote Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products through demonstrations and presentations.

  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, or related.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent product knowledge and understanding of the medical industry.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Valid driver's license.
