We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and excellent communication skills.

The primary focus of this role is to promote and sell Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products to medical professionals in the region. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop relationships and provide ongoing service to existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory goals and objectives.

  2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals and clinics.

  3. Provide product training and clinical support to medical professionals.

  4. Promote Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products through demonstrations and presentations.

  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, or related.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent product knowledge and understanding of the medical industry.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Valid driver's license.
