Role Overview:

The da Vinci Clinical Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in maximizing the utilization of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to develop sales strategies for local markets, ensuring seamless integration of the system at new customer sites, and driving continuous expansion of the user base.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior hospital staff and key surgeons to develop and execute plans for effective integration of the da Vinci Surgical System.
  • Become a clinical expert across all primary OR procedures to position yourself as a trusted partner in the development of surgical teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive utilization of the da Vinci by partnering with surgical teams to review and select appropriate cases.
  • Contribute to the growth of the user base by working with the CSM, hospital staff, and thought leaders to develop qualified lead funnels.
  • Effectively convert high-potential leads and drive training activities to ensure consistent usage of the da Vinci Surgical System.
  • Support sales of instruments and accessories through new product introductions and solution selling.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
