Sales Enablement Manager

In this role, you'll be navigating between high-level strategy development and hands-on execution to drive scalable business growth. This role requires both strategic vision and operational expertise, ensuring the successful design of service fulfilment processes, development of lead generation strategies, and continuous optimisation of revenue-driving initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
You will work closely with leadership to define the growth strategy while collaborating with teams on the ground to execute and refine processes effectively. - Strategic Growth & Business Alignment: Develop and refine scalable growth strategies, leveraging data insights while collaborating across all levels of the organization.
- Service Fulfillment Optimization: support cross-functional teams with improving service delivery processes, identifying bottlenecks and enhancing efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Lead Generation & Sales Enablement: Drive multi-channel lead generation strategies, optimize inbound and outbound sales efforts, and implement automation for better conversion.
- Hands-On Execution & Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to execute and refine growth initiatives, balancing strategic planning with hands-on contribution to projects and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in growth, revenue operations, sales enablement, or service fulfillment roles.
- Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels, from high-level planning to hands-on execution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM tools (Such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce) and lead generation platforms.
- Proven track record of developing, implementing, and optimizing scalable growth initiatives.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to balance creative strategic thinking and tactical execution across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- A data-driven mindset, a passion for experimentation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Nice to have:
- Background in SaaS, subscription models, or other tech-driven industries
- Startup or early scale-up experience
- Familiarity with product-led growth strategies
