THE ROLE – TAKE PURITY TO THE WORLD
As our International Distributor Partner (Export Manager), you will be at the forefront of Purity's international expansion, developing and nurturing distributor relationships across Europe and opportunistic markets outside the U.S. This is not just another export sales role—it's an opportunity to build and shape Purity's global presence by working closely with both our existing and future partners.
This is a highly independent role where you will have the flexibility to plan your own time, drive your own strategy, and truly own your market. You will work closely with our in-house sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery and seamless execution of international sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with our current and future distributor network to ensure Purity is a priority brand in their portfolio.
- Market Expansion: Identify, onboard, and develop new distribution partners in key European markets and select international regions.
- Sales Growth: Build long-term distributor relationships that drive volume, revenue, and brand visibility.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent Purity at global trade shows, industry events, and distributor meetings, bringing our story and products to life.
- Commercial Leadership: Negotiate commercial agreements that maximize sales and partner satisfaction while protecting our premium positioning.
- Market Insights: Analyze trends, competitor activities, and sales data to shape market-specific growth strategies.
- Operations & Logistics: Coordinate with our internal sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery to our distributor partners.

WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in international sales, distributor management, or export roles within the spirits or premium beverages industry.
- A strong network of distributor and importer contacts in Europe and beyond.
- A proven track record of successfully launching and growing brands in international markets.
- An understanding of premium spirits positioning, pricing strategies, and route-to-market models.
- Fluent English (other European languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and other key markets.
