Now, we're looking for a B2B Sales Coach (Hybrid) for one of our clients – a leader in business strategy, consulting, and technology solutions.

What You'll Do:

  1. Empower Sales Managers – Design and deliver high-impact training to enhance their ability to coach and develop their teams.
  2. Analyze & Optimize – Use key performance metrics to measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  3. Develop Sales Frameworks – Create structured coaching tools that enable managers to boost their team's success.
  4. Collaborate & Innovate – Work closely with managers to identify skill gaps, set goals, and track progress.
  5. Enhance Global Strategies – Adapt regional sales playbooks to align with international best practices.
  6. Lead Change & Adoption – Support managers in integrating new tools, systems, and processes for a seamless workflow.

What You Bring to the Table:

  1. 10+ years of successful B2B sales experience across various industries.
  2. Strong background in sales leadership, mentoring, and coaching high-performance teams.
  3. Industry experience in tech (cloud, software, security), e-commerce, digital marketing, telecom, utilities, or public sector.
  4. Sales coaching certifications (e.g., II-ASP, NASP, CMC, ACST, Sadler) – a big plus
  5. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, psychology, or communications.
  6. Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  7. Ability to adapt coaching techniques for different teams and business environments.
  8. Willingness to travel for business (up to 30% per year).
