As a New Business Development Specialist at GetAccept, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our continued success. You will be part of our European market team, collaborating with innovative colleagues who share your passion for disrupting the B2B sales landscape.

Your responsibilities will include managing full-cycle processes, converting marketing qualified leads, and sharing best practices with your team. You will assume an influential role within our new business sales organization, contributing to our strategic growth and success.

You will focus on Account-based sales, identifying opportunities with laser-targeted accounts and working in a strategic, data-driven approach to achieve higher close rates. In other words, a more effective way of working with sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle processes, handling self-generated deals, as well as converting marketing qualified leads.
  • Continuously share insights and best practices with your colleagues.
  • Assume an influential role within the new business sales organization as we ascend into the up-market, contributing to our strategic growth and success.
  • Selling to early adopters and those adopting a digital sales room for the first time.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve clear goals (we use the OKR framework), fostering a culture of shared success and celebration.
