We're seeking an experienced Key Account Executive to join our sales team and contribute to the growth and success of Univar Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth within assigned customer bases/territories.

About the Role:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  2. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  5. Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in chemical or technical industries.
  • Excellent language skills in English and local languages (SE, NOR, or DK).
  • Results-driven individual with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
