Be a Part of Our Team as a Key Account Executive
We're seeking an experienced Key Account Executive to join our sales team and contribute to the growth and success of Univar Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth within assigned customer bases/territories.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in chemical or technical industries.
- Excellent language skills in English and local languages (SE, NOR, or DK).
- Results-driven individual with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
