Customer Success Growth Manager

At Epidemic Sound, we're pushing the boundaries of music licensing in the streaming industry. As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you'll be instrumental in securing mutually successful business relationships with our Enterprise clients.
We're looking for a growth-focused professional to join our Enterprise team in Stockholm. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a trusted partner throughout the customer's lifecycle, delivering exceptional customer experiences and defining measurable success plans
- Onboarding, developing, and nurturing new customers to increase product adoption and engagement across the customer's organization
- Identifying, driving, and closing new business opportunities in the client portfolio to scale our business over time
- Taking a holistic approach to discover customer needs and work with them to define strategic solutions
- Collaborating with our sales, product & tech, music, and marketing teams to ensure our ecosystem is fully utilized
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a background in customer success or sales, preferably with experience in music licensing. You should be passionate about creating value for your customers and growing our business through negotiation and decision-making skills.
