Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies, identify new business opportunities, and create comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Partner Enablement: Provide partners with essential tools and knowledge, including training programs and sales collateral, to successfully promote our solutions.
  • Customer Support: Collaborate with partners and the customer support team to ensure prompt issue resolution and exceptional service delivery.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor partner performance and generate detailed reports for senior management, analyzing sales data and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in Partner Relationship Management and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP, preferably in finance.
  • Minimum three years of experience in IT or software industry.
