Regional Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as Sales Leadership Manager for Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in Sweden and developing strategies to drive growth and expansion in the market.
About the Role:
- You will lead a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support to help them meet their targets.
- You will work closely with other regional managers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- You will take ownership of all sales KPIs for Sweden and work to improve performance.
- You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- You will develop and execute a strategy to increase sales revenue in Sweden.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
- Able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in electronic components distribution or the wider electronics market preferred.
