Our Swedish office is seeking a skilled leader to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

The Successful Candidate
We are looking for someone who is able to adapt their style and approach to a new working environment, with a strong track record of leading and motivating teams. You should be comfortable with change and able to prioritize and multitask effectively, with a focus on delivering results. Experience in electronic components' distribution or wider electronics market is desirable, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the re-branding of the business, while maintaining market share and leader position in the market
  2. Lead the sales team in adopting new go-to-market approach, focusing on driving sales and revenue growth
  3. Support and implement change management across the organization, ensuring seamless integration of new strategies
  4. Take full accountability for all sales KPIs for Sweden, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders
  5. Collaborate with regional managers and leaders to share ideas and best practices, driving business improvement and innovation
