Nordic Regional Business Growth Manager

Robertson Sumner is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead business growth in the Nordic region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy for priority geographies, establishing and expanding relationships with key banking and financial services clients.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in technology/software sales within banking, fintech, or cybersecurity, with expertise in digital banking, digital identity, authentication, or fraud prevention solutions. They will also have a proven track record of driving business development, managing complex sales cycles, and negotiating deals.
This role requires a strong understanding of digital technologies in the banking and financial services sector and an entrepreneurial mindset. The successful candidate will be able to oversee the entire direct sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, and collaborate with global teams across sales, pre-sales, and product management.
