The role
You will lead HR initiatives across the Nordic region, acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team while fostering a people-first, customer-led culture. Your mission includes aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving organizational growth, and leading transformation efforts in a complex, global environment. A core focus will be on labour relations, ensuring compliance through effective union collaboration while maintaining a strong workplace culture. You will also drive change management, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance HR efficiencies and leadership development. Operational excellence will be key as you oversee HR service delivery, ensuring streamlined, digitalized, and efficient processes for a seamless employee experience. Additionally, you will have direct leadership responsibility for a team of seven professionals, guiding and developing them to meet strategic business goals. Placement in this role will be in Stockholm and we offer a hybrid work arrangement, allowing employees to work both remotely and from the office.

Your profile
- HR leadership experience in a large-scale, global environment, with expertise in business partnering, change management, and talent strategy.
- Strong background in labour relations and union collaboration.
- A data-driven mindset, using insights to inform HR decisions and strategic planning.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and influence at all levels.
- Experience in matrixed organizations, balancing regional and global priorities, with a strong background in navigating complex organizations.
- Fluency in English, with fluency in Swedish required and other Nordic language skills being a plus.
