Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to lead our key account management efforts in the Nordics region. As Senior Business Development Manager for Nordics, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of high-value clients across the region.

Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, and aligning them with our cutting-edge technology solutions. You will create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts while meeting clients' evolving needs.

You will identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, delivering innovative solutions that provide added value and contribute to the company's sales targets. Additionally, you will act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon to continuously enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-value clients across the Nordics region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, and aligning them with our cutting-edge technology solutions.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts while meeting clients' evolving needs.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, delivering innovative solutions that provide added value and contribute to the company's sales targets.
  • Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon to continuously enhance service delivery.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven leadership skills, excellent communication skills in English, and a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. A decade of proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the technology industry, with a strong focus on Nordics and the EU markets, is also essential.

In addition, you should possess strong sales acumen, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools, and a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market trends and industry developments.
