Job Description

The role of the Business Development Manager at Sandvik Coromant involves driving business control duties to achieve operational and financial goals for the sales cluster in Nordics. This entails managing performance, identifying improvement potential, agreeing on activities, and following up on results.

To be successful, you will need to proactively provide period end reports and analysis, manage capital and project expenditures, and partner with the business by contributing to the Nordics Management team. Continuous monitoring of performance and providing proactive ad-hoc analysis of current issues are also essential responsibilities.

You will support key business decisions with fact-based analysis and simulation, develop a financial perspective on operational issues, and contribute to the networks in business control by sharing knowledge and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent time management and presentation skills, are required for this role.

A university degree in Finance or Business Administration is preferred, along with extensive knowledge and skills of pricing and profit management. Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing, is necessary for effective communication. The ability to work in a global environment and adapt to change is also crucial.
