This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth, develop strategies, and steer our business towards profitable expansion. As Vice President, you will manage the performance of our business units in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, ensuring growth targets are met and exceeded.

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage our business in the Nordics, driving brands like vikoperdinbil.se, AUTO1.com, and Autohero forward.
  • Build high-performing teams, leading with strategic direction, quality execution, and individual career development.
  • Optimize processes, increase efficiency by controlling relevant KPIs.
  • Oversee profit and loss statements of the Nordic business units.
  • Collaborate closely with the international leadership team to achieve business goals, reporting directly to Senior VP level at HQ Berlin.

**Qualifications**

  • Possess accomplished studies from a top international university, focusing on economics.
  • Demonstrate relevant experience in management consultancy and/or a management position in a start-up.
  • Exhibit strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Display independent and autonomous leadership quality combined with a highly motivated team player attitude.
  • Show excellent verbal and written communication in Swedish and English; Danish and Finnish skills are a plus.
