As a Business Development Manager at Wolt, you'll be a key player in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Main Objectives
  • Identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within core segments, using your expertise in sales and negotiation.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as restaurants and retail stores, to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and enhance overall sales performance.
  • Analyzing sales metrics to gain valuable insights into performance and identifying areas for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of +2 years of experience in B2B sales or B2C restaurant sales, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively to achieve goals.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English to facilitate effective communication with colleagues and customers.
