About the RoleAs a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth. Your role will encompass developing and implementing sales strategies, securing new accounts, managing sales teams, and optimizing product sales. You'll partner with clients to create tailored sales strategies that meet their unique business needs, while also staying ahead of the market and identifying emerging trends.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies that address customer needs and deliver results
- Identify new business opportunities and build business cases in conjunction with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and optimize sales for existing products
- Manage sales campaigns from end-to-end, including ensuring customer satisfaction, forecasting product demand, and tracking progress against set goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to create long-term partnerships
- Lead and motivate sales teams to deliver against sales targets and KPIs
- Track sales activity, provide regular reporting and analysis to inform business decisions
- Strong track record in sales, ideally within the accounting industry
- Proven experience in managing sales teams with a focus on driving sales growth
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers
- Sophisticated business acumen with a strategic mindset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams as a skilled influencer and connector
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent experience is a bonus
