About the Role:

AVIAREPS, a global leader in Tourism and Aviation marketing, seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead our Sales efforts in the Nordic Region. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to capitalize on the rapid growth of the Nordic region's aviation sector. This pivotal role will require you to provide strategic leadership to our aviation teams, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to the aviation teams, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to capitalize on the rapid growth of the Nordic region's aviation sector.
  • Oversee daily operations of aviation teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with airline partners, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new partnerships and maintain existing ones.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion within the Nordic region.
  • Represent AVIAREPS in industry events and conferences to strengthen our position in the Nordic aviation market.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in a leadership role within the aviation industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Nordic region's aviation market trends, regulations, and dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make informed decisions to drive success.
  • Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish).
  • Bachelor's degree in aviation management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in aviation, with a focus on leadership and strategic management.
