Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to convert leads into real opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize business potential.
- Establish a comprehensive customer portfolio through direct interaction with end-users.
- Provide regular updates to customers on new products, services, and operational changes.
- Maintain and strengthen account relationships through effective service delivery and issue resolution.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, requiring occasional travel.
- Manage client meetings and ensure timely follow-up on quotes and service issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in CRM (Salesforce).
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the sales process, from quotation to booking.
- Internal liaison with the operations team to assist with quotations and service information.
- Regularly report activities to the country manager.
- Demonstrate fluency in Swedish language skills.
