  2. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with merchandising, buying, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial plans and effective communication.
  3. Monitor Progress: Regularly monitor progress against commercial plans and make adjustments as needed to stay on track.
