The Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Finnish market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing customers.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and develop new products
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, engineering, or adjacent field
• 8+ years of experience in crane sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driving license
