The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Success Manager, working closely with our clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the CSM and Service Management Teams, ensuring exceptional client engagement and service delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams to develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Provide regular reports and statistics to clients, ensuring transparency and proactive service improvements.
- Represent the organization during client steering committees and external audits.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, service management, or account management.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships at all levels.
- Knowledge of contract governance, SLA management, and service delivery optimization.
- Experience in financial analysis, contract renewals, and revenue growth strategies.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across sales, finance, and service delivery teams.
