The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Success Manager, working closely with our clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage client relationships and develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  2. Oversee the CSM and Service Management Teams, ensuring exceptional client engagement and service delivery.
  3. Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams to develop and execute strategic account plans.
  4. Analyze client data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  5. Provide regular reports and statistics to clients, ensuring transparency and proactive service improvements.
  6. Represent the organization during client steering committees and external audits.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, service management, or account management.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships at all levels.
  • Knowledge of contract governance, SLA management, and service delivery optimization.
  • Experience in financial analysis, contract renewals, and revenue growth strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across sales, finance, and service delivery teams.
