In this exciting role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with Card members, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a Membership Engagement Expert, you will work closely with the Centurion Engagement Team to welcome new members, provide personalized support, and ensure seamless delivery of Centurion benefits.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about building long-term relationships and possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in customer service and complaint handling is desirable, as well as the ability to think creatively and navigate complex situations.
