We're seeking a Tech Relationship Builder to play a pivotal role in our rapid expansion within the Nordic market.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to grow client partnerships and initiate long-term collaborations between clients and developers.

As part of the Client Management team, you'll be responsible for matching opportunities with the right developer, ensuring their skills and experience are the right fit for client requirements.

What your week will look like:

  • Lead initial client meetings to gain an understanding of their business and development needs.
  • Drive deals through the sales funnel once qualified - ensuring speed and quality.
  • Work closely with the Client Engineering team to match opportunities with the right developer.
  • Closely work with clients and developers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Contribute to improving our ways of working and increase efficiency and success as we grow and evolve.
