Job Description

As a Technical Sales Professional at Matrix42 AG, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with strategic customers. This involves taking full technical responsibility for providing solution leadership in Enterprise Service Management, Endpoint & Security Management, Mobile Device Management, Asset Management, and ITIL practices.

You will work closely with our Sales and Presales teams to identify and design opportunities to expand customer relationships through innovative solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Taking full technical responsibility for managing and expanding relationships with strategic customers.
  • Designing and presenting architecture blueprints tailored to complex enterprise environments.
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders such as architects, service managers, and decision-makers in large organizations.
  • Acting as a thought leader and evangelist, driving our technical vision and strategy.
  • Identifying and designing opportunities to expand customer relationships through innovative solutions.
