
Senior Customer Relationship Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with key customer stakeholders across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a growth-oriented mindset, identifying new opportunities within your accounts and highlighting features and ways of working that increase customer value
- Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the Funnel platform to best serve customer needs
- Run effective renewal cycles, highlighting the economic value and return on investment to retain and grow revenue
- Effectively negotiate contract renewals and expansions seeking the best possible outcome for the customer's longevity with Funnel
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in an Account Executive and/or Account Management role, preferably in the MarTech industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting revenue quotas
- Strong knowledge of SaaS business models and cycles
- Proven success with procurement and contract negotiation
