Lime Go is a data enriched sales CRM for SMBs in the Nordics, with a focus on aggressive expansion throughout Europe. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through effective sales enablement strategies.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B customers, developing and executing sales enablement plans, and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth. Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver customer satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the overall success of our team.
Requirements
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven individual with 3+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Success. You should have a proven track record of success in B2B and SaaS environments, with a strong ability to build relationships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Additional requirements include a Bachelor's degree, driver's license, and fluency in Swedish and English.
