Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Foster and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and developing tailored solutions.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on sales strategies and tactics.
  3. Develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring successful adoption of Sensing products.
  5. Work closely with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions that resonate with key audiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales or sales support functions, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, business, marketing, economics, or finance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and other common computer applications.
