Sales Director for Swedish Market

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader to capitalize on the strong growth of our high-quality, reliable electric heating products in Sweden.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious goals, with extensive experience in electric heating sales and applications resulting in quantifiable achievements. A strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking is essential, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sales Engineers in Sweden to success, utilizing coaching tools and inclusive leadership strategies.
- Collaborate on account strategies, portfolio plans, and financial targets with one End-to-End team.
- Prepare inclusive business proposals with both commercial and technical inputs.
- Explore avenues to enhance value for our diverse customer base and provide feedback for customer-centric innovation to our Product Management.
- Support locally relevant projects with a focus on inclusivity.
Requirements:
- A relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, business administration, or a similar field.
- Native fluency in Swedish and professional proficiency in English.
