Your Role
  • You will play an important part in providing our customers with our latest capability offerings as well as the world-leading Live 'Force on Force' training system
  • You will participate in exhibitions, customer demonstrations, and other customer activities
  • You will work closely with internal functions and external customers

  • A clear vision and strategy of what needs to be done to reach set goals
  • A strong drive, commitment, and ability to motivate and engage colleagues
  • Ability to lead a team with a variety of knowledge to identify and capture new business opportunities
