Job Description:

The Head of Sales, Sweden will lead our sales team in Sweden, utilizing coaching tools and inclusive leadership strategies to foster a growth mindset and company behaviors. This role requires proven leadership, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with account teams to develop account strategies and financial targets
  • Preparing inclusive business proposals with both commercial and technical inputs
  • Exploring avenues to enhance value for diverse customer bases
  • Fostering continuous engagement with customers and Sales Channels through regular visits

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, business administration, or a similar field is desirable. Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing sales teams is essential.

Desirable skills include:

  • Extensive experience in electric heating sales and applications, resulting in quantifiable achievements
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, leading to effective sales strategies and successful market penetration
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders
  • Native fluency in Swedish and professional proficiency in English
