Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Göteborg region. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

The Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Providing comprehensive product training to customers, surgeons, and other stakeholders

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, or BioTech, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish
  • A valid driver's license, as regular customer visits are required
