Sales Representative for Neurovascular Division - Sweden Territory

We are seeking a skilled sales representative to join our team and promote our world-class Neurovascular product portfolio in the Swedish territory.

Job Description:
  • Familiarize yourself with our NV product portfolio through training sessions and develop relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • Built and monitor the sales plan for the assigned territory based on business objectives and customer needs, in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Maintain a strong focus on meeting or exceeding quarterly/annual sales targets by implementing strategies in the sales process, prospecting new customers/users, conducting negotiations, and staying up-to-date on market trends.
  • Provide expert advice, training, and support to physicians, lab, and medical staff, while also attending interventions and performing in-theatre support when required.
  • Liaise with various departments to secure sales revenue by coordinating product availability, delivery dates, inventory levels, etc.
  • Participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand your knowledge of customer contact.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably within neuro interventional radiology and/or medical devices.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English is required.
  • A diploma/degree in a related field such as radiography, healthcare, business administration, etc. is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory as needed are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are necessary.
