Job Description:

The Sales Specialist for Sensing Products is responsible for driving sensor sales revenue in regional and global key accounts.

This role requires experience in B2B sales, OEM manufacturing, and the ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    1. Growing Sensor Sales Revenue:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key accounts.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue growth.
  • Establish and Maintain Relationships:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Danfoss sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively to ensure seamless coordination between sales and other departments.
  • Product Guidance and Support:
    • Provide technical support and product guidance to customers and account managers.
    • Develop value propositions to aid in customer acquisition and retention.
  • Sales Cycle Management:
    • Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to cash generation.
    • Prescribe and quote Sensing products to meet customer needs.
  • Segment Pricing and Promotions:
    • Develop strategic segment pricing programs and promotions as needed.
    • Generate sales and demand forecasts to align with business plans.
  • Industry Trends and Insights:
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments.
    • Communicate key insights to internal stakeholders.
