The position of Regional Sales Professional at TN Sweden offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region.

Key responsibilities include providing product trainings to learn about the product portfolio, developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, identifying and analyzing new customers, and providing ongoing service to existing customers. Additionally, you will plan and implement strategies in the sales process, conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments, and participate in congresses and seminars to expand your knowledge.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish, and a valid driver's license for regular customer visits. You will also need to demonstrate drive, relationship building and interpersonal skills, and empathy to understand our customers' needs.
