Job Description

The Field Sales Representative - Orthopedics will be responsible for promoting and selling Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden.

This is a field-based role that requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and customer service expertise. The successful candidate will have a passion for medical technology and a drive to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Familiarization with product trainings to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Identifying, analyzing, and prospecting new customers, while providing ongoing service to existing customers.
  3. Planning and implementing strategies in the sales process and conducting negotiations with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments.
  4. Providing clinical support in the operating room when needed and advising medical and surgical professionals on the use of Stryker's products during demonstrations.
  5. Participating in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand knowledge for customer contact.

Required qualifications include demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare, or related. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish are also required.
