Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at TN Sweden. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales performance and driving revenue growth in the Göteborg & VGR region.

About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work closely with our internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed targets. You will also have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.

Your Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets
  • BUILD strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Conduct negotiations with customers to secure deals and close sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare or related
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid driver's license is required due to regular customer visits
  • Tertiary education in business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, healthcare or relevant fields is an advantage
