At TN Sweden, we are committed to making healthcare better through innovative medical technologies. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will begin with a familiarization phase, where you'll receive product trainings to learn about our product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Your primary objective will be to identify, analyze, and prospect new customers while providing exceptional service to existing ones.
  • You will create and implement strategies in the sales process, conduct negotiations with key decision-makers, and advise and train medical professionals on our product use.
  • You will participate in industry events, seminars, and business meetings to expand your knowledge and identify potential new customers.
  • Additionally, you will ensure timely order preparation and provide reliable customer support during the order follow-up process.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, or related fields. While orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is not mandatory, it is considered an advantage. Your excellent communication skills, proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish, and valid driver's license will enable you to excel in this role.
